With 17 years in forestry, fire, and heavy equipment, his real world experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming in Rangeland Ecology and Watershed Management provides him with the science-based knowledge to sustainably work with whatever landscape he finds himself in.

Wife of Nick, Kaylee possesses a masters degree in chemical engineering from the University of Nebraska. When she is not helping to keep things running smoothly and managing the social media pages, she works as a process engineer in the trona patch of western Wyoming.

Tish is the driving force behind RDE, without her, none of this would have been possible. She oversees all financial decisions made within the company. After running a successful business herself for over 20 years, she made a career change and is now upper management for an assisted living facility in Scottsbluff.
Riley has been with RDE since there inaugural season working as a part of the dozer crew. He just completed the Wyoming Fire Academy, earlier this summer and works as a fire fighter for the Air Guard in eastern Wyoming when not on assignments with RDE.

Jamie has been with RDE since there inaugural season, working as a part of the dozer crew. He has over 40 years in heavy equipment and trucking experience and brings that knowledge with him to every assignment or project. He also has served his local volunteer fire department as Chief, Assistant Chief, and District for over 20 years. When not on assignment, Jamie works as an engineer for the UP railroad.
